1. Handling & shipping

We usually ship your order of books or color prints within three to five business days. Orders of stretched canvas may take longer depending on our stock, your shipping address, and whether you order pre-produced or custom images. If you need a product sooner or for a special event, please make a note accompanying your order, e-mail us at andreascohrs@me.com or call – for orders in the US/Canada (310) 740 7922, in Europe +49 171 1414969.

We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you when and where you need it.

At this time, for books or color prints, handling & shipping and taxes are included in the sales prices advertised on this website. This may be subject to change at any time. For your order of stretched canvas, there is an additional flat-fee per order ($25.00 for any size, any quantity, anywhere in the US or Canada. Europe $35/€25). World $45/€30).

International shipping: Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. In case of doubt, please contact your local customs office for details.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

2. Return policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all printed images. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our prints or canvas, or if they arrive damaged, please e-mail us at andreascohrs@me.com

3. Secure website

We use a secure server for all transactions involving sensitive information. A secure server guarantees the privacy of data transmitted through the Internet, including credit card information through an SSL protocol that encrypts the information.
